POLYGON DESIGN

For this assignment, you will create a symmetrical repetitive pattern to create a 3 dimensional shape. You will be able to choose your medium to color it. Your options are crayon, watercolor, markers, colored pencils or a combination.

You will be using the computer to look at quilt patterns. Many quilts are made by making individual blocks. When the blocks are put side by side they connect and make a bigger pattern.

Look at the patterns and see how the designs when set next to each other will create a different pattern. Create your own design on one of the small squares. You will then use that square to create your polygon design.
